Southern African Confederation of Agricultural Unions (SACAU)

The Southern African Confederation of Agricultural Unions (SACAU) is a regional farmer's organization representing the common interests of organized agriculture in the Southern African Development Community countries. It currently has 16 national farmers' union/association members in 12 countries in southern Africa. It is the main voice of farmers on regional, continental and global matters and actively promotes the establishment and development of strong and effective farmers' organizations in all countries in southern Africa.
